SAVE THE DATE! Cluster 5: Climate, Energy & Mobility at the Horizon Europe Info Days
From June 28th until July 9th 2021, the first edition of the Horizon Europe Info Days is taking place ONLINE. The 10-day virtual event covers 9 themes and will give all EU research & innovation stakeholders an opportunity to get information and ask questions about Horizon Europe, funding options and what else is new. The participants will be able to join various discussions and hands-on sessions.
What about inland navigation? What to watch?
The best idea is to follow the Info Days for Cluster 5 ‘Climate, Energy and Mobility’ that are scheduled for July 5th- 6th! They will focus on the twin green and digital transitions to achieve climate neutrality in Europe by 2050. That part of the Info Days is coordinated by CINEA – the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency.
For example: on July 6th, at 09:30 A.M, there is a Session entitled ‘Destination 5’ – Clean and competitive solutions for all transport modes – Waterborne transport; followed by Q&A. Other sessions will cover e.g. renewable energy, battery value chain, cross-cutting issues, however also the funding opportunities and a wider policy context.
Based on the programme, you can create your own agenda to follow!
The sessions will be streamed live on the event page and there is no need to register.

Also, the brokerage event!
The European National Contact Points (NCPs) organize as well an online brokerage event on July 7th 2021, just a day after the Cluster 5 Info Days.
The event will provide participants with the opportunity to network with other relevant stakeholders that are interested in R&I cooperation, like the universities, research centres but also private companies or governmental organisations. It will be particularly useful to those intending to apply for funding in the Horizon Europe – Cluster 5 calls, supporting the development of consortia and project ideas.
Here, however, the participants should pre-arrange the bilateral meetings through a dedicated matchmaking tool. Registration and setting up of a cooperation profile are required and available until July 5th.
